Refund and Returns Policy

At Homellia, we care about your satisfaction. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review the following policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number and confirmation email)

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@homellia.com with your order details and reason for return. Do not send your item back before receiving approval.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Opened or used items
  • Personal care, hygiene, or bedding products (for safety reasons)
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@homellia.com.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the damage or defect

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund, depending on product availability and your preference

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping or reimburse your shipping costs
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will notify you via email
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or PayPal — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Still no luck? Contact us at contact@homellia.com and we’ll assist you

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time.
To exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want.
