Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number and confirmation email)
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@homellia.com with your order details and reason for return. Do not send your item back before receiving approval.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Opened or used items
- Personal care, hygiene, or bedding products (for safety reasons)
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@homellia.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the damage or defect
Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund, depending on product availability and your preference
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping or reimburse your shipping costs
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We will notify you via email
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank or payment account again
- Contact your credit card company or PayPal — it may take time before your refund is officially posted

Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time.
To exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want.
