Estimated Delivery Times
Our products are shipped from multiple warehouse locations depending on stock and customer location. Estimated delivery timeframes:

- Australia, New Zealand, Asia: 10–18 business days

Tracking Your Order

Multiple Shipments
To reduce delivery time, your order may arrive in separate packages if:
- Items are shipped from different fulfillment centers
- Some products are on backorder
You will not be charged extra for split shipments, and tracking information will be provided for each package.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Order Cancellations
